Returns & Refunds Policy — Clicks With Alex

1. Why no returns for change of mind

All prints are made on demand by Gelato once you place an order. This means I don’t hold stock, and every print is customised for you. Because of this:

  • Returns for simple change of mind, size, or colour preference aren't accepted.

  • You’ll need to place a new order if you’d like a different size or style.

2. Quality or damage issues

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet quality expectations:

  • Contact me within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

  • I’ll work with Gelato to investigate—if the issue is valid, you will receive a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If you'd prefer not to wait, a refund will be issued instead.

3. Lost, returned, or undeliverable shipments

If an order is returned to sender (wrong address, rejected, or unclaimed):

  • Email me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Place a new order with the correct address.

  • Gelato will refund the print cost, but you’re responsible for shipping to you.

4. Return window & eligibility

Quality or Damage Issue
Report within 30 days → We’ll replace or refund your order.

  1. Lost or Returned to Sender
    Report within 30 days → Refund for the print (shipping costs are non‑refundable; new shipping must be covered by you).

  2. Change of Mind (Size, Style, etc.)
    Unfortunately, custom fine art prints are not eligible for return or refund. Please place a new order if you’d like a different size or style

5. Proof and process

  • Always email with your order number and a clear photo if the item is damaged.

  • Clearly state whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.
